Valley Interfaith highly prioritizes the privacy of our donors. Our Donor Privacy Policy is available through our website to ensure all donors are aware of the information we collect and how that information is used.

Information Collected

Valley Interfaith only collects personal information that is knowingly provided to us. We collect basic contact information including names, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, and faith community affiliations. Personal information is not required; donations may be submitted anonymously or in memory/in honor of another.

All credit card transactions are processed by third party Paypal (their privacy policy can be found Valley Interfaith does not collect or store any credit card information.

How Information Is Used

Donor information collected is stored in our internal donor database with highly limited authorized access. We are committed to maintaining all reasonable procedures necessary to protect any personal information collected.

It is our policy to express gratitude to each donor using the information volunteered by you. We may use the information collected to contact you with additional direct mailings. It is our desire to respect your communication preferences. You may remove your name from our mailing list at any point. Please contact us if you do not want to receive mailings.

Sharing of Personal Information

We do not sell, trade, or share donors’ private information with other organizations or third parties. A mailing list containing the name and addresses of our donors may be provided to authorized printer/mailer in order to generate mailing labels for direct mailing projects. With the exception of direct mailing, identity of our donors is kept confidential and use of donor information limited to authorized internal use.

We reserve the right to change this policy at any time. Any changes or amendments to our privacy policy will be posted online. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page.
