Our History
In 1965, founder Virginia Weatherbie established Valley Interfaith using limited resources to provide food and clothing to our neighbors. Over the past five decades, with the help of hundreds of volunteers and the support of our community, we have grown from a church basement operation into today’s 501(c)(3) agency. Learn about our Long-Term Strategic Plan
Our newly drafted Long Term Strategic Plan sets the course for the future of Valley Interfaith. In 2016, based on the input of those utilizing Valley’s services and those who make our services possible by donating time and money, we have written new Mission and Vision statements, re-defined our Core Values, set goals, and outlined the strategies and tactics to achieve those goals in the next 3 to 5 years.
