No, Valley does not offer any financial assistance. We recommend reaching out to United Way at 211.

What do I need to bring to register for services?

ID, proof of address for anyone living in the house, ID for any children in the household (SS, ID, birth certificate, report card, piece of mail etc.) We do not require any sort of income verification.

Who does Valley serve?

We serve anyone living in Hamilton County.

How often can members come to receive services?

Every two weeks (14 days).

How do I get a blue card?

If you are a veteran, disabled or a senior, speak with our Social Worker to receive your blue card.

Can I leave donations outside or drop off over the weekend?

No. You may only drop off donations during the donation dropoff hours noted on our website. This keeps our building and facility clean and ensures donations do not get ruined by the elements.
