Addiction Services Council

Currently, a representative from Addiction Services Council (ASC) is available on site during our open hours of operation EVERY THURSDAY.

Since 1949, the focus of ASC has been to reduce problems related to alcoholism and other drug addiction through the delivery of treatment and prevention services. ACS has a wide range of programs that serve children, adolescents, families, women, older adults and persons with co-occurring substance abuse and mental health disorders. For over 70 years, the Council’s information and referral service have provided a central point of access to the existing systems of care. Other programs include: prevention and intervention services, assessment, individual, family and group counseling, placement, employee assistance program, and specialized services for the Spanish-speaking members of our community.

Services that may be offered on site at Valley Interfaith:

  • Assessment, Placement, and/or Referral
  • Case Management
  • Bilingual services including case management, resource acquisition, as well as assessment, placement, and/or referral (coming soon)
  • Treatment services including individual counseling and group counseling
